There are many ways you can help Rutgers succeed in promoting women in science, engineering, mathematics, and the health professions. You may wish to mentor an undergraduate or graduate student, offer an internship or a job shadowing opportunity, give a talk, or give financially to one of our initiatives, which include
- improved access to child care for faculty at Rutgers;
- leadership training for female science faculty;
- establishment of a center for women’s leadership in science, engineering, and math.
